Transportation
Students can avail of the school bus facility subject to availability. Students are not allowed to change buses / routes under any circumstance. Indiscipline in the bus will not be tolerated. Students should maintain order and remain seated while in transit. Students are advised not to put their hands/ heads outside the window. Students should look after their own belongings and are not allowed to bring valuables or money to school however if a student brings money for any specific purpose his/her parents must send a note in the school diary giving details of purpose and denomination. The student must handover the money to his/her class teacher for the purpose of safekeeping.
The school is not responsible for the loss of books/money/ tiffin box, etc., in the premises. However, the student may get a note in the school diary from his/her parents giving a complete description of the lost item to his/her class teacher who will contact the lost and found section in the school office to locate the same.
Students are not allowed to bring electronic devices to school. Should this be found with a student they will be confiscated and kept with the school office and return to his /her parents at the end of the day?
Students name, class and section marked on a neat tag fixed to the inside of his her sweater/pullover, bag, lunch basket, shoes, etc.,
Every student is a custodian of all facilities available for use in the school. No student should damage/disfigure/destroy any furniture or fixture or defaces the school property in anyway.
Every student is required to contribute towards the cleanliness and maintenance of his/her classroom and maintain a litter free campus.
Students are also the custodians of the transport provided for them. Any willful damage to furniture or any of the fittings/fixtures in the bus will be viewed seriously and the bus services may be withdrawn.
Cost of damage to school property due to the carelessness/negligence/willful mischief of a student will have to be paid by his/ her parents.
Our students are the future of our society and their behavior should at all time epitomize ideal citizenship. Students personality must identify with the passion of perfection and innate urge to do things right the first time.
Any student who is persistently insubordinate or is repeatedly or willfully violating rules or indulging in mischief or is guilty of malpractices or is found to have committed or is party to an act of serious indiscipline action of the head of the institution is a negative influence on others. Students are even expelled from the roles of the school with the reason duly recorded in writing.
Transport
Parents opting for school bus transport for their ward indemnify the school against any claim on account of loss/damage of belongings/injury to person for their wards during transit to and from the school.
Parents also indemnify the school against any claim on account of loss damage to belongings/injury to the wards during the school hours or while in transit to and from school on regular working days and or on field trips or outdoor educational trips or availing the school bus transport facility during competitive examinations / Board examinations.
Every care is taken to safeguard the child’s safety in the bus/School van.
Disciplinary action
Student whose behaviour is a matter of concern and who persistently violates the rules will be issued caution card as a warning after which his/her behaviour will be deemed contrary to the code of conduct and will make him/her liable to disciplinary action. Any student who is persistently in subordinate or is repeatedly or willfully violating rules or indulging in mischief or is guilty of malpractices or is found to have committed or is party to an act of serious indiscipline, who in the opinion of the institution, is a negative influence to other students, may be suspended or expelled from the rolls of the school, with the reasons duly recorded in writing.
